Numer Terms of Service

Welcome to Numer

Numer is a fishing journal application built exclusively for anglers who want to elevate their fishing experience beyond basic catch logging. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Numer mobile application, including all features, content, tools, and services offered within the app (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, accessing, or using Numer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Your Use of the Service

Numer is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual anglers. You may use the Service to record your fishing trips, log catch details, save fishing spots, track weather and tide data, export your records, and create shareable catch reports, all in accordance with these Terms.

When using Numer, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose: documenting, organizing, and improving your personal fishing activities
• Ensure that all content you input into the app (including photos, videos, trip notes, and location data) is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations related to fishing, including fishing license requirements, catch limits, and protected species guidelines
• Do not use the Service to harass, harm, or exploit other users, or to collect, store, or share personal information of other individuals without their explicit consent
• Do not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Numer app, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Do not use the Service for any commercial purposes, including selling access to the app, using the app for business operations, or monetizing content generated within the app without prior written permission from the Numer team

Your Content & Data Ownership

All content you input, upload, or store within Numer, including but not limited to fishing trip logs, catch entries, photos, videos, notes, location data, weather records, and custom reports (collectively, "Your Content"), remains the exclusive property of you, the user.

Numer does not claim ownership of any of Your Content. We grant you full rights to access, edit, export, delete, and share Your Content at any time, directly through the app's built-in export and sharing features.

You are solely responsible for all of Your Content, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with all applicable laws. Numer is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal issues arising from Your Content, including any content that you share with third parties through the app's sharing features.

We strongly recommend that you regularly back up Your Content to a secure external location, as Numer is not responsible for data loss due to device damage, loss, software failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Service Features & Functionality

Numer is designed to provide a comprehensive set of tools for anglers, including but not limited to:

• Complete fishing trip logging, with support for photos, videos, fish entries, bait details, weather, tide, wind, water depth, and custom notes
• Saved fishing spot management, allowing you to store and revisit productive locations with ease
• Trip history review and pattern analysis, to help you identify successful fishing strategies and improve future outings
• Record export functionality, enabling you to save your data in multiple formats for personal use or sharing
• Polished catch report creation, to share your fishing achievements with friends, communities, or social media
• Clean, focused user interface optimized for mobile use, built to fit real-world fishing workflows

We strive to keep the Service available, reliable, and up-to-date at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We may also release updates, bug fixes, or new features for Numer from time to time, which may be automatically installed on your device to ensure the best possible user experience.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Numer app, including but not limited to the app's design, code, graphics, logos, user interface, features, and functionality, are the exclusive property of the Numer development team and its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works of any part of the Numer app, its branding, or its intellectual property, without the prior written consent of the Numer team.

The Numer name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of the Numer team. You may not use these marks without explicit written permission.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Numer team disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that Your Content will be safe or not lost. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Service, including weather, tide, or location data.

In no event shall the Numer team, its developers, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using Numer and delete the app from your device.

Termination of Use

These Terms are effective from the date you first use the app and remain in effect until you stop using Numer.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately. You must stop using the Service and delete all copies of the Numer app from your devices. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, shall survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or user needs. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post the updated Terms within the app.

Your continued use of Numer after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
